Refunds will be processed through the original payment method:

  • Bank Transfers: Refunds will be sent to your bank account.
  • EasyPaisa/JazzCash: Refunds will be issued to your provided account.

Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process after approval.


5. Exchanges

Instead of a refund, customers may opt for an exchange in cases of defective or incorrect products. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.


6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges.
